Missing-document checklist

One card per client whose file is not yet complete. Each service needs certain documents before the work can be done — an insurance file needs a driver's licence and a signed intake, a tax file also needs a Social Security or ITIN card and the year's tax documents, and so on. This panel compares what each client's service requires against what is actually on their record, and lists what is still missing. When a card disappears from here, that client's file has everything it needs. "Nothing outstanding" means every client is complete.
